With a significant background in the enterprise resource planning services space and software, Richard Lemieux holds more than 30 years of expertise in his industry. He has excelled as a member of the board of advisors for FindPro, an organization that helps to connect businesses with remote software developers and engineers. In his earlier roles, he served as an independent executive advisor for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, sales director for YASH Technologies, senior sales director for Infosys and the founder and principal of Penn Grath Consulting. Within his illustrious career, he has also offered his services to Ciber, Windstar Energy, Wipro Technologies, Assurancetek, HCL-Axon and CSC Consulting Group.
Among his numerous accomplishments, Mr. Lemieux is proud to have attained recognition as a top performer in enterprise software sales for more than 15 years, often hitting or exceeding his quotas by more than 100%. As a testament to his success, he has been lauded on numerous occasions as the Sales Representative of the Year, Sales Director of the Year, and Sales Leader of the Year. Mr. Lemieux attributes his success to adaptability and integrity, which he believes to be essential in the technology services sales environment. Treating everyone with respect, he has always been a man of his word with extensive experience seamlessly executing plans and taking responsibility for others.
To prepare for his vocational path, Mr. Lemieux earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Kansas. Eminently qualified in his respective fields, he bears key expertise in enterprise cyber security, data analytics, industrial internet of things, energy, profit and loss responsibility, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. Looking toward the future, Mr. Lemieux hopes to deepen his professional and personal ties with his team members and clients, further captivating future opportunities.
